I love getting packages. Now, there had been some problems, but the packages are finally arriving.
Here's the deal. I ordered two books, or rather a book and a cd thing that I needed, from Barnes and Noble.com. And specified overnight shipping. As it went, a week later, I STILL didn't receive my order. So I call up UPS and I go, 'What the hell?' and they're just like 'Ask Barnes and Noble.' So I call up B&N and go, 'Uh, hello?' and they're like 'We shipped it!' So I call UPS again and they're just like 'Uh, no, talk to B&N.' And after a helluva lot of yo-yoing back and forth, B&N finally goes, 'OOOOH, UPS never came to pick up your order from the warehouse. Don't worry, I'll fix you up a new order in a jiffy. Oh, and we'll send it overnight for free and refund your other order.' So for awhile I was content.
Until I checked the order online, and they had picked the wrong book.
So I call B&N again. This time, more waiting than last time. And first call didn't even complete. Second call, got the wrong book cancelled (but kept the CD in the order) and ordered the right one (after the lady finally located the right book, which was a while, and I had to help her by going online myself).
So much trouble. But today, I got my package. And it feels aaaaalllll worth it. I love packages. I love getting packages. I don't get packages. I don't get mail. Send me mail!
